3 Steps Weight Loss Exercise for Woman

Step # 1 : Weight Loss

The main purpose of Weight Loss step is losing weight by fat burning. For a healthy weight loss, you could combine the weight loss exercise for woman with a diet program by decreasing your food consumption. However don't do too extreme diet, you must consume enough food to get enough energy to do exercise. The ideal weight loss target is losing 3 to 4 kg within one month.
