Biceps Exercises for Woman

Biceps Curl Using Dumbbell

 

For these biceps exercises, dumbbells would be required. You can choose a pair of dumbbells in your favorite colors, 2.5 to 5 lbs is recommended.

 

When you have been familiar to the biceps exercises, you may feel the need of increasing the dumbbell weight. In this case, dumbbells with adjustable weight are the most practical, economic and wise choice to support your biceps exercises.

Biceps Exercises 1

  • Start with standing in straight position, open your legs to your shoulder wide.

 

  • Hold your dumbbells with your palm up, and your upper arms besides your body.

 

  • Bend your elbow while lifting the dumbbells to your shoulders, and exhale when the dumbbells are in front of your shoulders.

 

  • Put down your arms to the beginning position, and inhale.

 

  • Repeat this exercise for 3 sets.

 

NOTE :

Intensity of biceps exercises are varying, depends on the kind of exercise for woman you are taking,

 

 

         

 

 

Biceps Curl Using Resistance Bands

  • Standing in straight position, then open your legs to your shoulders wide.
  • Step on the middle of the resistance bands, and hold both of the handles with both hands. Palms up, and upper arms besides your body.

  • Put down your arms to the beginning position, and inhale.
  • Repeat this exercise for 3 sets.
