About the Author
The Woman Behind My Exercise For Woman
My name is Fanda, a single woman who loves to do exercise for woman.
Actually, before the year 2004 -when I was 33 years- I never like all kinds of sports, especially aerobics and muscle exercise, which according to the myths around me, it will cause weight increase when we discontinue our exercise !
Then one day a home gym was built near my home, so I went there and met a nice personal trainer who later on became my friend. He convinced me not to believe all the wrong myths about exercise for woman, that in fact exercise can tone my muscle, and that I could have a new and better body shape if I exercise consistently.
That was when I fell in love with exercise for woman ! Now I am still working in the same office (luckily I have promoted to be a Head of Department), and until now I keep having 3 times exercises every week.
So, why I build this site ?
I want to encourage all women, in any age, married or single, housewife or career woman, to have also a better quality of their life by doing exercise for woman, which is fun and healthy. You can find in this site many exercises and how to do it by yourselves. You can also share your experiences or questions or problems.
Come on ladies ! With hard work and determination, we, all women CAN reach the body shape we always dream on.
