Bad Food vs Good Food In Your Diet

 

 

Have you desperately tried to lose your weight without any result ?

Have you done weight loss exercise ? Cardio? Aerobic? Swimming? Weight Lifting?

Have you taken a diet ?

 

If you answer ‘yes’ to all above questions, but still have not lose any weight, then there is something wrong here ! And your FOOD might be the one to blame !

 

Let me open your eyes on two researches about the connection of your food choice and your weight loss.

 

 

Salt = high calories = BAD food

 

When you feel very hungry but are not in mood to cook, pizza delivery might be the best choice. Easy, quick, and delicious! (I agree!). However after reading this article, you might consider other kind of food next time you want to delivery-order.

 

According to the survey of Consensus Action on Salt and Health, done in England, your salt intake will increase about 12,3 grams every time you order a portion of pizza. Not mentioning the high calories contained in each bite of your favourite pizza!

 

Q : Is that mean I can’t eat any salt again ?

 

A : No. You still need salt, but the recommended content of salt in your food is max. 6 grams/day (for adult).

 

 

 

Salad = low calories = GOOD food

 

Avoiding bad food is not enough, you must add good food in your diet list.

 

According to American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, by consuming a lot of low calories food such as salad (vegetables, fruits), you will lose your weight 33% faster than only avoiding bad food. Find here how I add probiotics benefits to my salads.

 

So, from now on, every time you go out for lunch with your colleagues or dinner with your families and friends, sort all food in the menu in 2 categories : Bad and Good food. Try not to take any bad food, but if you have to, take good food more than bad food.
