Burn More Fat With Meat & Dairy

 

 

Many diet programs tell us to stay away from, or at least reduce, meat and dairy products, such as milk and cheese because of the fat and calories content. We are advised to replace it with fruits and vegetables or other healthier food.

 

However, as opposed to that opinion, a study done by University of Wisconsin - Madison, USA indicated that intake of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) or acid fat in meat and dairy products can improve fat burning up to 10% when we are sleeping.

 

Besides helping fat burning, meat and dairy products are good protein source to support your body after doing exercise. They also help your body to build and shape your muscle.


 

So, the best and healthiest diet is to keep the balance of your foods. Carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamin and fiber are among the foods list you should consume everyday. After balancing your diet, take exercise for woman three times a week!

 

Take a good and balanced diet, get exercise, and let your body do the fat burning while you are sleeping !
