Butts Exercises For Woman
 

Shape Your Toned And Sexy Butts With

The Right Exercises


 

Butts exercises are created to train your gluteus muscles. For a woman, butts could be one of the most attractive parts of the body. However, having a labor and aging can make your butts lose and flabby. Bad lifestyle and eating habits could worsen the shape of your butts. To get a toned and firm butts, you can do kick boxing or step exercises, or mainly treadmill and lunges. However, if you are bored with lunges, these butts exercises can be your alternatives,


 



Standing Back

Stand and hold the back of a chair.
Swing your right leg to the back, as far as you can.
Contract your butt
s and keep your leg straight while doing it.
Hold for 4 seconds, then return to normal position.
Repeat
the butts exercise for 10 times.
Do the same with your left leg.
 



Raising Knee


Stand up with your legs a shoulder wide.
Place your arms at your hips.
Raise up your right knee to shape a 90 degree.
Then slowly swing the foot to your front.
Hold the position while contracting the butts.
Return to normal position.
Do this butts exercise for 10 times.
Do the same with your left leg.


Raising Hip


Get your exercise mate, and lie down on it.
Place your arms beside your body.
Bend your knees.
Slowly raise you butts as high as you can.
Raise your heels while doing it.
Keep your shoulders stay on the floor.
Contract your butts while holding the position for 4 seconds.
Return to normal position, and repeat this exercise for 10 times.
 


Raising Body


Get a chair in front of your exercise mat
Lie down on the exercise mat, and place your feet above the chair
Slowly raise your butts as high as you can
Keep your shoulders stay on the floor while doing it
Contract your butts while holding the position for 4 seconds
Return to normal position
Do this butts exercise for 10 times

 

Lying Leg

Lie forward (face down) on the exercise mat
Place your hands under your chin
Raise your left leg as high as you can
Keep the leg straight while doing this
Hold the position for 4 seconds
Then return to normal position
And repeat it for 10 times

 

Kneeling Kickback

Kneel down on your exercise mat, with straight arms to the floor
Look at your front with straight head
Kick your right leg straight to the back as high as you can back
Return to normal position
And repeat
the same exercise for 10 times
