Why Cardio Exercises Are Important For Your Health ?

 

 

Cardio Exercises are the most simple and fun exercise to do. Simple, because it doesn't need complex preparation and can be done by anyone, anywhere.

 

 

 

What are the benefits of doing Cardio Exercises ?
 

1. Taking a cardio exercises min. 30 minutes, 4 times/week, will keep you away from heart disease. Cardio exercises increase your vein cells endurance against inflammation effect, that comes from pollution and germ infection. Inflammation is the cause of vein stricture, which is one of the cause of heart disease.

 

2. Cardio exercises would not only warm up your muscles before doing muscle exercises, but also cooling it down after muscle exercises.

 

3. Burn up your calories, of course !

 

Below is the most common cardio exercises with some tips to do the exercises properly.

1. For more comfortable and to burn your spirit, you could wear your best fitness apparels and sport shoes to take cardio exercises.

 

2. Listening to music during cardio exercises could increase your stamina up to 5%. Put on your headphone which plays your favorite songs or workout songs.

Fast Walking/Jogging

 

● Wear a comfortable sport wear and sport shoes.

 

● Walk/run with head straight and eyes straight

   forward.

 

● Keep your body straight and your chest wide

   opened while you walk or run.

Treadmill

Ø   For this exercise, you will need a treadmill machine.  Many choices from manual to digital, standard to advances treadmill machines are available which you could install in your house.

 

Ø    Start first with low speed, then increase the speed gradually.

 

Ø     If you are a starter, it's recommended to have treadmill exercise with flat mode, don't jump immediately to the incline mode.

 

Ø     Do the treadmill exercise for 30-45 minutes.

 

Ø   To avoid getting bored during cardio exercise using treadmill, you could turn on your iPod and play your choice of workout songs, or place the treadmill in front of your TV, so that you could exercise while watching your favorite TV show. These preview will help you...
 

 

Ø   You can also read a book or magazine while sweating it out on a treadmill, since there are machines which have a book stand. You will not notice the time passing by if you are doing something that you enjoy while working out on your treadmill.

Static Bike

After 30 minutes of the warming up cardio exercises, you are now ready to continue with the Muscle Toning Exercises.
