Healthy Fruit Diet
Diet does not mean
you must get hungry by skipping dinner or breakfast. No need to reduce
your meal portion. All you have to do is to choose the right food for your
daily meals. Fruits have a lot of benefits for your health and diet. Rich
of vitamins, and contain natural sugar which can fulfill your body needs
of sweetness.
The following are
several fruits you can choose for your healthy fruit diet :
Apple
Remember the motto :
'an apple a day keeps the doctors away'? Besides the antioxidant, minerals
and vitamins contained in apple, you can get up to 6 grams of fiber from
an apple. Eat an apple a day everyday is good for your digestion and for
fat burning. Please note that apple do not have sodium and fat content! By
taking apple as your snack, you won't get hungry until lunch time!
Orange
Everybody knows
orange as a vitamin C rich fruit. It's true! But besides that, orange is
the right fruit you can have for your healthy fruits diet. Orange is safe
for your weightloss program, as it is 0% fat, low calories and rich of
fiber. The fiber contained in an orange can lock up the nourishment
solution in water, which will keep your stomach healthy by reducing the
effect of your digestion process.
   
Pineapple
Bromelain
(the enzyme for protein dissociation) that is contained in pineapple can
help you in your weightloss program. Pineapple is also fiber-rich, which
make it good for your digestion system. Pineapple can help you in detox
program, as well as in diet program, as pineapple can give you a quick
satisfaction against your hunger.
Peach
Peach is rich of
vitamin A and C, but low in calories. Seems the perfect fruit for your
healthy fruits diet!
Red Pepper
I know, red chili
pepper is not a member fruits family, however red chili can also help you
in your diet program. Add 2 tsp of dried red chili pepper into your food.
The hot taste can help you to control your needs for fat consumption and
also your hunger. By having hot foods, you can reach your weight loss goal
easily!
