Hip Exercise

 

Hip Exercise● Put on your ankle weight and lie down on your exercise mat with right side body   supporting your left side body.

 

Close your both ankles and straight your left leg.

 

Put your head on your right arm and place your left hand in front of your chest to support your balance.

 

Lift up you left leg slowly till approx. 45° from the exercise mat. In the same time, contract your stomach and your sole stay flat.

 

Hold for 1-2 seconds, and drop down your leg slowly to normal position.

 

Repeat the exercise, then do the same with your right leg.
