Muscle Toning Exercises for Woman

 

Does Muscle Exercises Has the Impact of Changing And Gaining Woman Muscles ?

 

 

That is a wrong myth ! Muscle Exercises are the best and fastest way to burn calories and shape your body

The Muscle Exercises must be the most frightening exercise for woman, but the fact is, if you do the exercise by following my instructions, you would find Muscle Exercises FUN  too.

 

Now, put on your comfortable fitness apparel and sport shoes, play your favorite workout songs, and choose a nice place in your own home gym which is comfortable to do the muscle exercises.

 

Don't forget to prepare suitable tools to support your exercise. Choose best quality of fitness equipment to ensure the effectiveness of your muscle exercise !

 

 

NOTE :

Before having muscle exercises, you MUST have Stretching Exercise first to warm up your muscles. Otherwise, you could hurt your muscle.

 

For the best result, train all the following muscle exercises,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, training all the muscle exercises in one day is not recommended. You could divide the exercises with the following schedule :

The above Muscle Exercises Schedule is just an example, you could modify it to fit your needs accordingly. Try to exercise more often your body part that needs more attention. For example, you feel that your thighs are your bigger ‘problem’, than give Legs Exercise a bigger portion, by exercise it 3 times a week or even more.

Important Notes :
 

The most important thing, don’t exercise the same body part in one day, for example : biceps and triceps, or chest and back.

 

Biceps exercise is usually combined with back exercise, while triceps should go together with chest exercise.
