  1. Do not forget to start your exercise with Stretching Exercise.

 

  1. Choose an exercise that is focused on warming up your muscles. You can choose treadmill, jogging, static bike. Or if you prefer to join a class, choose aerobics, spinning exercise, or dancing class like salsa, belly dance, etc. Exercise until you feel the increase of your heart pulse, but do not force your energy as you still need it for weight training.

 

  1. Continue with weight training, either using machines at gym, or dumbbells/barbells/ankle weight if you prefer to exercise at home.

 

  1. Take Muscle Toning Exercises with 3 sets of 15 repetition of each exercise. Pause 30-40 seconds between each set, and 2 minutes between exercises.

 

  1. Focus to train certain muscles that need most attention, but do not leave other muscles too.

 

  1. Do not exercise 2 muscles that are on the same body part on the same day, e.g. biceps & triceps, back & chest. You better split those exercise.

 

  1. Take a light stretching after weight training.

 

  1. If you have strong stamina, you could do another cardio exercise to optimize the burning of your muscles.
