Smoking 'Eats' Your
Muscles !
If you are a smoker,
quit your smoking habit right now! As the researcher from University of
Nottingham has found another negative effect of smoking against your
muscle.
In spite of lungs
cancer and tuberculosis risk, smoking can also accelerate sarcopenia
(muscles mass reduction when human body is getting old). This condition
will also reduce body function and increase the risk of bone fracture.
Cigarette has the
effect of slowing down your body function to synthesis protein. That's why
your body will have difficulties in keeping your muscles.
What Will Happen
When My Muscles Reduced ?
Your muscles have a
'job description' as the body fat burner. When your muscles mass are
reduced, your body ability to burn fat will also reduced. And no fat burn
means no weight loss.

The Easy Way To Stop Smoking
