Stomach Exercise for Woman

What to Prepare For Stomach Exercise ?

 

Before starting with the stomach exercises, you are going to need a comfortable exercise mat, a gym ball and a pair of dumbbells of your choice.

 

 

Crunch with Ball

 

v      Lie down on the exercise mat, place your lower legs on the gym ball so that your knees will shape 90° corner.

v      Put your hands on your right and left ears.

v     Lift your back from mat while keeping the position of your arms. Move slowly till your back is parallel with your neck.

v      Don't forget to exhale when lifting your back.

v      Lie down again while inhaling.

v      Repeat the exercise 3 times.

 

Tips !

Do not pull your head with your hands !  It may cause you a neck and back injury.

 

 

 

Crunch V Sit Up

 

v      Lie down on the exercise mat, then lift up your legs until your lower legs form 45° angle to the floor.

v      Open your shoulder and place your hands at your ears.

v      Lift up your back from mat while swing your arms pointing to your knees.

v      Exhale and straight your arms when doing this, and hold that position for 2 seconds to let your tummy contracting. Then lie down again slowly while inhaling.

v      Repeat the exercise for 3 times.

 

 

 

Abs Stretch Dumbbell Overhead

 

v      Take your dumbbell again, and stand in straight position. Open your legs to your shoulder wide.

v      Hold the dumbbell in your right hand, swing it above through your body to your head till your arm straight beside your ear. Your left arm stays still.

v      Keep your body heading front, and hold that position for 2 seconds, before go back to normal position.

v      Exhale when swinging your arm.

v      Do 3 set of repetitions for both arms.

 

 

 

Basic Side to Side Sit Up

 

v      Lie down on exercise mat, bend your knees and place your sole on the mat.

v      Keep your legs position to be your support when you lift up your upper body from the mat.  If you exercise together with your friends, ask your friend's help to hold your legs for you. Then do the same while she does her exercise.

v      Place your hands on your ears, and slowly lift up your body from the mat till 30°. Then turn your left shoulder right while point your left elbow to your right knee.

v      Then turn to right and point your right elbow to your left knee.

v      While do each step, hold for 2 seconds before change position, to let your abs contracted.

v      Exhale when lift up your body, and inhale while lying down again.

v      Repeat for 3 sets.
