The Real Truth and Facts of Bodybuilding


So you’re at the beach, maybe not Muscle Beach but you’re at the beach. So let’s say you’re not even near a beach so let’s try a pool. Ok, count them. “Count who?” you say. Count how many muscular guys you see walking around. Yea, that’s what I thought. Not many of them huh?
 

Average Joes walking around, I bet you don’t even see a single soul with a six pack. Maybe a six pack of alcoholic beverages (which will hurt you more then help you, read this alcohol and bodybuilding article) but, not hard ripped abs. So why is it so rare you see these guys and women strutting their huge muscular bound bodies everywhere?

Yea, I know what you’re saying…

“It’s impossible to get that big!”

WRONG!
 

Bodybuilding is simple. You keep to the basics. Now you’re saying you’ve tried everything and it doesn’t work. Truth is you have to keep trying; you’re not going to get results over night or even over a week’s time. Bodybuilding is a way of life; you eat and breathe bodybuilding every day.

From my experience in the bodybuilding/fitness world you have many who will approach you asking for help. Many ask for help: How to loose weight? How to gain weight? I then explain to them how simple it is by using my simple method of calculation.

Loosing weight, gaining weight, and gaining muscle is all just a math problem. I refer them to this method: The Truth Behind The Miracle Diet, which simply explains how to manage your weight in all shapes and form.

So your training hard, you got the diet down and you are dedicated to getting results. Bodybuilding takes a lot of dedication, its more mental then physical. Keep it simple and keep doing what you’re doing. You WILL get results.
