Inner Thighs Using Gym Ball

 

● You could start with sitting comfortably in a bench with straight position, and both legs opened shoulder wide.

 

● Place your exercise ball between your knees. At the same time contract your stomach muscles.

 

● Squeeze the exercise ball as strong as you can use your inner thigh muscles. Hold that position for 2 seconds, then back to normal position.

 

● Do a 3 sets of repetition.
