'So, how could I know whether I'm overweight or not ?' you may asked. Just take this simple formula that is used by WHO:

 

  BMI         =      W (in kilograms)         W = Weight

(Body Mass-               H (in meter)²            H = Height

You have an ideal BMI when the value is between 18,5 - 22,9. Under that value, you are under-weight, over that value, you're overweight. If your weight is between that value, congratulation ladies, you have a normal weight (still it doesn’t mean you don’t need exercise !).
