Fat are the solution of important vitamins for your skin, and the basic ingredient of your hormone that control your skin. Food with essential fatty acid such as omega 3 and omega 6 will increase your body cells membrane strength. That way, your body cells will improve its ability to maintain your skin humidity. The kinds of food that contain fatty acid are beans, tuna, mackerel and salmon.

 

By having the right diet, soft, clear, fresh and healthy skin will be yours! Your hair will also be healthy and shinning.
